This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God's Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ." - Ephesians 4:11-13

The mission of the Christian Education Ministry of New Birth Community Church is to glorify God by using the gifts, talents, and resources of the disciples to develop and enhance their spiritual growth and maturity in Christ as well as the educational tools to enhance their quality of life. 

The Christian Education Ministry is one of the primary services to the body of Christ at New Birth Community Church. The Christian Education Ministry is comprehensive, far reaching, and multifaceted inclusive of all ages. Characterized by its diversity, it offers opportunities for spiritual growth Bible Studies, Seminars, Conferences, and Topical Classes. In addition, The Education Ministry of New Birth Community Church exists to minister to the social needs of the community. It is our belief that we are to minister to the whole man. Our GED & Tutoring Program(s) achieves that goal.

The General Equivalency Diploma program is designed to equip individuals with the educational foundation and skills necessary to transform their lives and press forward toward their life’s goals. The program Taught prepares students to successfully complete the State of Alabama’s general education equivalency exam. In addition, the GED program restores and builds confidence to thrive and survive in today’s world.
