Senior Pastor - Cederick D. McMillan

Pastor Cederick (referred by many simply as “Pastor Ced”) is the founding pastor of New Birth Community Church. He continues to marvel at God’s favor and blessings to New Birth since its inception in 2008. Pastor Cederick is known to be a pastor of energy, love, and passion. His number one desire is to see people blessed in all areas of their life. Seeing people experience God in a new way is his greatest mission as pastor of New Birth.

In his free time, Pastor McMillan enjoys playing golf, cooking, reading/writing, and traveling.

Associate Pastor - Alfred B. Brown

Facilities Director - Gina Scott

Gina has been a part of New Birth since its inception in 2008. She has been married to Tilton Scott for 25 years and is the proud mother of their three children (Tilton, Brandon, Sean), and the 2nd mom to Trameka Scott. She is the proud "MeMe" of her little angel, Trenton. Her love for and experience with event planning as a business owner (Gas Blast Travel Agency since 2005) has helped her dive into her role as the Family Life Center Director. She enjoys decorating, reading, and traveling. She lives by the words of Matthew 5:8, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.”

Minister of Music - Ishmael Ward

Ishmael has been a part of New Birth since 2011. Ishmael is a well sought out musician who has been playing since he was a teenager. In this role, he oversees the entire music program at New Birth. In addition to his work at New Birth, Ishmael is a Hammand Organ Salesman/Repairer.
